چکیده
The concept of thrust-based control without the employment thrust-vectoring (TVC), already introduced in a previous work by authors, is further developed conjunction with an appropriate suite, tasked both artificial stabilization and beam-tracking navigation functions. In paper, fully non-linear mathematical model employed for testing controllers virtual environment outlined. Then comparative approach adopted analysis, where standard tail-back airship deflectable aerodynamic surfaces as baseline, performance four-thrusters layout no TVC assessed respect to it. Featured test cases forward flight include short climbs, abrupt turns, multi-checkpoint navigation. research supports feasibility adequate proposed control, presents critical analysis pros cons considered baseline configuration featuring control.

Geometric tracking control of thrust vectoring UAVs
In this paper a geometric approach to the trajectory tracking control of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles with thrust vectoring capabilities is proposed. The control design is suitable for aerial systems that allow to effectively decouple position and orientation tracking tasks. The control problem is developed within the framework of geometric control theory on the group of rigid displacements SE (3),...
متن کاملJet Attachment Behavior using Counterflow Thrust Vectoring
A modeling and experimental study was performed to examine the jet attachment process, which can develop during the fluidic thrust vector control of subsonic and supersonic jets. Experiments performed in rectangular jets up to Mach 1.4 revealed that continuous control of jet exhaust is possible with secondary mass flow rates of the order of 1% of the primary jet mass. Under certain operating co...
متن کاملIterative explicit guidance for low thrust spacecraft
A retargeting procedure is developed for use as a nonlinear low thrust guidance scheme. The selection of a control program composed of a sequence of inertially fixed thrust-acceleration vectors permits all trajectory computations to be made with closed form expressions, and allows the controls to be represented by constant parameters, thrust-acceleration vectors and thrusting times. By requirin...
متن کاملThrust Vectoring Control of Supersonic Flow Through an Orifice Injector
Traditional mechanical control systems in thrust vectoring are efficient in rocket thrust guidance but their costs and their weights are excessive. The fluidic injection in the nozzle divergent constitutes an alternative procedure to achieve the goal. In this paper, we present a 3D analytical model for fluidic injection in a supersonic nozzle integrating an orifice. The fluidic vectoring uses a...
